Under the title “BOSSA NOVA AND OTHER BOSSAS”, the Brazilian musician and Barcelona resident Paulinho Lemos will offer a monthly tour through the most divine Carioca genre of them all –the one created half a decade ago by Antonio Carlos Jobum and Vincius de Moraes– and other accents from the most rhythmic of galaxies. Lemos, who has been around Europe since the 1980's, is now one of the most respected Brazilian musical figures of that country's diaspora. He has travelled nearly the entire world, is on a first-name basis with musicians of the calibre of Toninho Horta and has taken part in such prestigious festivals as Montreux. The most tropical and universal music of all will fill the air of the cellar every 30 days in its fiftieth anniversary year.
