Two of the best exponents of the latest batch of musicians on the Barcelona scene join forces to offer us explosive, surprising music, full of subtlety and details within the capability only of experts in the intricacies of jazz – the pianist Mezquida and the flautist Selnik. Classmates at the Higher Music School of Catalonia, where they graduated with honours in 2009, Mezquida and Selnik have coincided in many groups and have worked, together and separately, with the best jazzmen in the country. Despite their youth, they have already won over the public and critics. So relax and enjoy a heavenly encounter.
