Description

He doesn't stop. Sergi Sirvent is one of the most prolific musicians in the city. A pianist of coiled and poetic expression who is just as likely to be navigating avant-garde universes as he is to be found exploring the world of the well known standards. To be exact it is with Fumero and Xirgu - providing a rhythmic base of bells - that Sergi Sirvent works his mastery on the classic repertoire. On this occasion it will be in tandem with the unpredictable guitar work of Jaume Llombart, both exploring the works of Thelonious Monk.
