Music concert LUNA COHEN QUARTET featuring RENATO D’AIELLO in Barcelona

Born in Minas de Gerais, the land of Milton Nascimento and the mineira musical tradition; established in Catalonia where she has been based for a good deal of her career, and now living in London, Luna Cohen is one of the most interesting singers and composers among the emerging names of what is known as mpb (Brazilian popular music). Her current sojourn in the British capital has meant a new step forward in her career and proof of this is the album Começo do caminar, which she has recorded as a duet with the guitarist Jurandir Santana. The Jamboree Jazz Club will have the chance to find out, with Luna Cohen’s new live show with her group, including the outstanding participation of the saxophonist Renato D’Aiello.
