Miriam Vallejo cante, Luís “El Granaíno” cante, Francisco Jesús Díaz guitar, Lucas Balbo cajón, Ana Salazar dancing, David Romero dancing.

“Sal y Romero” means “salt and rosemary” and, just as if they were a pair of essential ingredients enriching flamenco – one of the Mediterranean’s star dishes – like no others, Ana Salazar and David Romero come together in this show to leave us highly satisfied with their powerful impression, courageous attitude, breadth of view and great creativity in dance. She is a dancer, singer and actress who has worked with important exponents of this art including Belén Maya, Andrés Marín, Antonio Canales and Carmen Cortés, having also investigated the union between flamenco and contemporary dance. For his part, the Barcelona dancer and choreographer David Romero, winner of the honorary Carmen Amaya award at the Promising Youngsters’ Competition in L’Hospitalet, has worked in the companies of Juan Andrés Maya, Paco Peña, Rafael Amargo and Joaquín Cortés and has taken his own shows to stages in Spain and abroad with a very good response from the critics and public. Young people pushing the limits of flamenco into unexplored territories. Just like signature cuisine!
